1. About CatAutoDream

CatAutoDream is a mobile application that provides users with access to vehicle-related projects, account management services, participation information, transaction records, and related features.

Depending on the availability of services in your location, CatAutoDream may allow users to browse vehicle projects, review project details and progress, participate in eligible projects, manage account information, and review participation and transaction history.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use CatAutoDream.

Certain services, vehicle projects, promotions, participation opportunities, or features may have additional eligibility requirements, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, verification requirements, or specific project rules.

You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Services is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

Some features of CatAutoDream require you to create or access an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Google Sign-In

CatAutoDream may provide Google Sign-In as a convenient method for creating or accessing your CatAutoDream account.

When you choose to sign in using Google, CatAutoDream may receive basic account information made available by Google, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.

This information is used to authenticate your identity, create or identify your CatAutoDream account, and provide account-related services.

CatAutoDream does not request access to your Google password. Unless specifically disclosed and authorized separately, CatAutoDream does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, or Google Contacts.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

5. Vehicle Projects

CatAutoDream may display vehicle-related projects and associated information, including vehicle details, project progress, participation requirements, availability, and other relevant information.

Project information may vary between projects. Before participating, you should review the specific terms, eligibility requirements, pricing information, participation rules, refund rules, deadlines, and other conditions applicable to that project.

6. Payments and Transactions

Certain CatAutoDream services or project participation features may involve payments.

Before completing a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable price, fees, payment information, project rules, and other transaction details.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. CatAutoDream may not directly receive or store complete payment-card credentials when transactions are handled by third-party payment processors.

Additional payment-provider terms may apply to your transaction.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility may depend on the applicable project, transaction status, payment method, and project-specific rules.

Where a particular project includes a separate refund or cancellation policy, that policy will govern the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. User Conduct

When using CatAutoDream, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use another person's account without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security or account verification systems.
• Manipulate project participation, account activity, transactions, or platform functionality.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized software to interfere with the Services.

• Use CatAutoDream for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

CatAutoDream may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, maintain platform security, comply with legal obligations, investigate suspected violations, or enforce these Terms.

Users may stop using CatAutoDream at any time.

Where account deletion functionality is available, users may request deletion in accordance with our account management procedures and Privacy Policy.
